I specialize in customizing tools to reflect your unique needs and provide rapid turnaround so you can start using them right away.
Program Design and Technical Assistance. I offer short-term (1-5 session) packages for entrepreneurs who would like to jumpstart their program planning or troubleshoot an existing program or plan. I also offer support and feedback around evaluation plans and processes.
Program Evaluation and Improvement Plans. I make space for 2-3 clients at a time who desire comprehensive, individualized support to evaluate their program or to guide them through the process of program planning and design. These services include customized program models, assessments and tools, data analysis and synthesis, and reports and recommended steps.
Speaking and Instruction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my availability for panels, workshops, and speaking engagements is limited to virtual opportunities only. Topics for engagements include evaluation tools and techniques, evaluation for the entrepreneur, and integrating masculine and feminine evaluation approaches.
